概述
BOOSTXL-LMG2100-MD 评估模块 (EVM) 采用 GaN 逆变器,具备基于分流器的精密直列式相电流检测功能,从而能够对精密驱动器(例如,伺服驱动器)进行精准控制。EVM 提供与 TI BoosterPack™ 兼容的接口,用于连接到 C2000™ MCU LaunchPad™ 开发套件,以便轻松评估性能。
特性
- 在 40kHz PWM 下具有高效率(峰值 99.3%),可在 25°C 环境温度下运行,提供高达 27ARMS 的连续电流,无需散热器
- 小型 GaN 半桥功率级可实现高功率密度并简化印刷电路板布局
- GaN 半桥支持在更高的 PWM 频率下运行,有助于降低直流总线电容器高度,同时使用陶瓷电容器替代电解电容器
- 零反向恢复损耗可减少开关节点振荡
- 较短的死区时间 (<16.6ns) 可显著减少相电压畸变
- 使用 1mΩ 分流器和具有高 PWM 抑制能力的电流检测放大器在 ±33A 范围内实现精密的相电流检测
