The TRF0206EVM evaluation module (EVM) is used to evaluate the TRF0206-SP device, which is a single-ended input to differential output radiation-hardened amplifier available in a 6.00-mm2 × 6.10-mm2, 12-pin LCC-FC package. The device is designed to drive a high-speed differential input analog-to-digital converter without using a passive balun.
