概述
LM5146-Q1-EVM12V 高密度评估模块 (EVM) 旨在展示 LM5146-Q1 高性能、宽输入电压范围同步降压 DC-DC 控制器的性能。设计采用微型尺寸封装，所需元件数量较少。它在 15V 至 85V 的宽输入电压范围内工作，可提供 12V 固定输出电压以及优于 1% 的设定点精度和高达 8A 的输出电流。凭借 LM5146-Q1 的 40ns 超短导通时间，可在超低占空比下运行。LM5146-Q1 提供一整套保护特性，以确保在故障状况期间对稳压器进行保护。这些特性包括确保电压骤降状况期间正常运行的欠压锁定、降低浪涌电流的可编程软启动、间断模式过流保护和热关断。此外还提供了精密使能、开漏 PGOOD 指示器和同步输入/同步输出特性。
