Overview
TPIS3052A is an integrated isolated switch driver, when combined with an external power switch, forms an isolated solid-state relay option. The design of the device is for automotive and industrial applications. TPIS3052A seamlessly replaces relays without a secondary side supply.
Features
- No isolated secondary supply required
- Drives external power transistors or SCRs
- 5kVRMS reinforced isolation
- 17V gate drive with 1.5A peak source current and 3A peak sink current
- Up to 50mW supply for external auxiliary circuitry
- Supports AC or DC switching
- Supports three-wire mode
- Seven levels of power transfer, resistor selectable
