Overview

The ADS9212 evaluation module (EVM) is a platform for evaluating the performance of the ADS9212, a two-channel, 18-bit, 8 MSPS/channel, simultaneous-sampling SAR ADC with integrated analog front-end and ADC reference. The ADS9212EVM includes a standard FMC connector that can interface with standard FPGA development boards. Software that works with the TSWDC155EVM (not included) is provided to enable the user to communicate with the ADC over universal serial bus (USB), capture data, and perform data analysis.

  • EVM hardware features all required support circuitry for ADS9212, including external sample clock and ADC reference voltage options
  • Easy-to-use evaluation software for Windows 10, 64-bit operating systems; software suite includes graphical tools for data capture and analysis
  • ADS9212EVM-GUI software for communications is facilitated with TSWDC155EVM data capture card (not included)
