Overview

The TPSI3052Q1EVM is a two-copper layer board containing multiple test points and jumpers in order to fully evaluate the functionality of the TPSI3052-Q1 device.

  • Qualified for automotive applications AEC-Q100
  • Test Points available for every pin and voltage supply to ensure correct functionality
  • External 750-V DC back to back MOSFETs on EVM. EVM rated for 500-V DC
