Overview

The TPS62A02A-Q1 evaluation modue (EVM) evaluates an automotive, synchronous, step-down, buck DC-DC converter designed for high efficiency and compact design size. The TPS62A02A-Q1 delivers an output current up to 2A. This variant operates in forced PWM mode (FPWM) across the whole load current range. This EVM is available in a 1.6mm × 1.6mm, SOT563 package.

  • Input voltage range: 2.5V to 5.5V
  • Adjustable output voltage range: 0.6V to VIN
  • 100% mode operation • Quiescent current: < 28.5µA
  • Feedback accuracy: 1.5% (–40°C to 125°C)
  • Switching frequency: 2.2MHz (PWM)
  • Power save mode or PWM option available
