Overview

The TPS43060EVM-199 is a fully assembled and tested circuit for evaluating the TPS43060 Synchronous Boost DC-DC Controller. The TPS43060EVM-199 operates from a 10V to 38V input (24V nominal) and provides a 40V output at 3A.

  • 60 V Maximum Output Voltage
  • Integrated high-side and low-side gate drivers optimized for standard threshold MOSFETs
  • 5 µA Shutdown Current
  • Adjustable 50 kHz to 1 MHz switching frequency with synchronization capability
  • Adjustable UVLO Voltage and Hysteresis
  • Adjustable 50 kHz to 1 MHz switching frequency with synchronization capability
  • Adjustable Soft-Start time
  • Output voltage Power-Good indicator
  • Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit, Thermal Shutdown, and Over-Voltage Protection
