The TPS389387EVM demonstrates the functionality of the TPS38700S-Q1 sequencer and TPS389006 voltage monitoring device, evaluates sync function between both devices and is capable of providing a 12 channel programmable power supply. The devices default to preprogrammed settings but the I²C functionality can reprogram the IC for different threshold voltages, tolerance percentages and power sequences. The evaluation module (EVM) includes the I²C interface plug and specially placed jumpers and headers on the EVM board for maximum flexibility. The EVM is designed to work with the MSP-EXP430FR2355 MSP430FR2355 LaunchPad™ to create a 12 channel programmable power supply. See the user's guide for detailed information.
The TPS389387EVM MSP430 Software is meant to serve as a support code for the MSP430.
