The OPT4001 evaluation module (EVM) is a platform for evaluating the OPT4001 under various conditions. OPT4001 is a light-to-digital sensor that measures the intensity of visible light. The spectral response of the sensor tightly matches the photopic response of the human eye.
OPT4001EVM consists of two printed circuit boards (PCBs). The first is the OPTMBEVM motherboard, which communicates with the computer, provides power, and sends and receives appropriate digital signals. The second is the OPT4001 coupon board, which contains the OPT4001 and its support circuitry.
