Overview

ISOTMP35R is the industry-first reinforced isolated temperature sensor IC, and provides an analog output voltage proportional to Centigrade temperature. The ISOTMP35R has an analog output 10mV/°C positive slope gain along with a 500mV offset. The ISOTMP35REVM evaluation module is designed to evaluate the isolated temperature sensor. ISOTMP35REVM also features a detachable breakable ISOTMP35R temperature sensor board portion and a screw hole for easy attachment to a high-voltage bus bar or power MOSFET.
