The Texas Instruments DAC7551-Q1 BoosterPack Evaluation Module (EVM) allows designers to evaluate the operation and performance of the DAC7551-Q1 single-channel, voltage-output digital-to-analog converter (DAC). The BoosterPack layout of this EVM is compatible with the readily available microcontroller-based LaunchPad series for rapid prototype deployment. An optional wide-swing voltage generator for precision industrial control loop applications is made available for ±5V, ±10V, and ±12V ranges of operation.
