Overview

The AMC131M03 evaluation module (EVM) performance demonstration kit (PDK) is a platform for evaluating the AMC131M03 using a precision host interface (PHI) controller board. The AMC131M03 is a precision three-channel, isolated, simultaneously-sampling, 24-bit, delta-sigma (ΔΣ) analog-to-digital converter (ADC).

The AMC131M03EVM-PDK-GUI software enables device register read-and-write capability, as well as facilitates data collection and analysis in time-domain, frequency-domain and histogram formats.

Features
  • Easy-to-use evaluation software for Microsoft® Windows® 7 and Windows 10
  • Terminal blocks and header pins to connect external analog input signals
  • Digital header pins to connect to external host controller or logic analyzer
  • Onboard 8.192-MHz crystal oscillator, divide-by-2 circuit and external CLKIN options to support all device modes
  • Built-in analysis tools including scope, fast Fourier transform (FFT) and histogram displays
  • USB powered; no external power supply required (option provided for external low-side power supply)
