Overview

The ADC12DJ3200 evaluation module (EVM) is designed to evaluate the ADC12DJ3200QML-SP high-speed analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). The EVM is populated with the ADC12DJ3200QML-SP, a space-grade 12-bit, dual-channel 4GSPS or single-channel 8GSPS ADC with JESD204B interface.

  • AC-coupled analog inputs with onboard balun
  • Clocking provided by onboard TI solution or external option
  • Powered by 12V DC jack and onboard power regulation
  • FMC connector to interface with TI data capture card or third-party FPGA development kit

  • ADC12DJ3200EVMCVAL evaluation board
  • Mini-USB cable (2m)
AC/DC & DC/DC converters (integrated FET)
TPS50601A-SP — Radiation-hardened QMLV, 3-V to 7-V input, 6-A synchronous step-down converter

 

Clock jitter cleaners
LMK04832 — Ultra-low-noise, 3.2-GHz, 15-output, JESD204B clock jitter cleaner with dual loop

ADC12DJ3200QML-SP — Radiation-hardness-assured (RHA), QMLV, 300-krad, 12-bit, dual 3.2-GSPS or single 6.4-GSPS ADC
