Overview

The TQMa67xx embedded module is based on the AM67xx processor family (Quad/Dual Cortex-A53). The module is designed to support all pin-compatible processors within a single board layout. The TQMa67xx is ideal for applications that require enhanced computing performance, scalable graphics capabilities, or artificial intelligence. The AM67xx family features integrated AI acceleration, vision ISP, and a 3D GPU, along with a broad range of industrial interfaces – including 2x Gigabit Ethernet ports with TSN support. Additional interfaces include USB 2.0, CAN-FD, UART, and 4x MIPI-CSI for connecting up to four cameras. Multidisplay support for up to three displays is available, and up to 2x SerDes interfaces (for PCIe/USB3 & SGMII) complete the powerful feature set of this CPU family.
