Overview

The TPS7A78 evaluation module (EVM) evaluates the operation and performance of the TPS7A78 AC/DC linear regulator. This EVM configuration contains a single low standby power, variable output voltage, linear regulator for a wide range of applications. The regulator is capable of delivering up to 120 mA to the load with a 90 VAC to 264-VAC input. The EVM design is an evaluation system enabling the user to evaluate a wide range of applications, and should not be used as a reference design for optimized minimum size solutions.
