Overview

The TPS62A02-Q1 and TPS62A02A-Q1 are automotive, synchronous step-down buck DC/DC converters designed for high efficiency and compact design size. The TPS62A02-Q1 and TPS62A02A-Q1 deliver an output current up to 2A. The TPS62A02A-Q1 variant operates in forced PWM mode (FPWM) across the whole load current range. The TPS62A02QEVM-140 and TPS62A02AQEVM-140 are available in a 1.6mm × 1.6mm, SOT-563 package.

  • Adjustable output voltage range: 0.6V to VIN
  • Quiescent current: <28.5µA
  • Feedback accuracy: 1.5% (-40°C to 125°C)
  • Switching frequency: 2.2MHz (PWM)
  • Power save mode or PWM option available
