Overview

The TPS25985EVM eFuse evaluation board allows reference circuit evaluation of the TPS25985 eFuse. The TPS25985 device is a 4.5-V to 16-V, 80-A eFuse with integrated 0.59-mΩ FET with overcurrent, inrush current protection, adjustable overcurrent transient blanking timer, programmable undervoltage, and overvoltage protections.

  • 28-A to 100-A programmable circuit breaker threshold using onboard jumpers
  • Adjustable reference voltage for overcurrent protection and active current sharing blocks
  • Programmable transient current blanking timer
  • Programmable output slew rate control, UVLO , current limit during startup and active current sharing threshold
  • LED status for power good and fault indications
