Overview

This user's guide outlines the TMUX73XXF evaluation module (EVM) and its intended applications. This board facilitates rapid prototyping and DC characterization of Texas Instruments’ TMUX73XXF  series of components in the TSSOP (PW) package. Additionally, it features onboard test points that provide the flexibility to test various signals.

Features
  • One pad for TMUX73XXF devices in the 16 and 20 pin PW package
  • 16 generic six-pin headers for power, analog or digital signals being switched and control signals
  • General and specific fault indicator flag LED circuits included on EVM

TMUX7308F — ±60-V fault-protected, 8:1, one-channel multiplexers with 1.8-V logic TMUX7309F — ±60V fault-protected 4:1 two-channel multiplexers with 1.8V logic and latch-up immunity TMUX7348F — ±60V fault-protected, 8:1 multiplexers with fault threshold, latch-up immunity and 1.8-V logic TMUX7349F — ±60V, fault-protected, dual 4:1 multiplexers with fault threshold, latch-up immunity and 1.8-V logic
