Overview

The flyback topology with diode rectification provides a low-cost solution for Class 4 PoE applications. The TPS23751 is a combination Power over Ethernet (PoE) powered device (PD) controller and PWM controller which saves cost and board space. This converter is well suited for PoE applications such as security cameras and wireless access points.
