Overview

The LMG2100 evaluation module (EVM) is a compact easy-to-use power stage that can be configured as a buck converter, boost converter or other converter topology using a half bridge. The EVM features a LMG2100 half-bridge power module with two 100V 4.4-mΩ GaN FETs.

Features
  • Input voltage operates up to 80V DC
  • Integrated 100V 4.4-mΩ GaN FETs with driver
  • Open loop control with single or dual PWM signals
  • Configurable onboard dead-time adjustment by simple resistance change
  • Slew-rate adjustment using series resistors along with Cboot and Cvcc
  • Onboard LDO for generating 5V VCC supply from an unregulated supply between 5.5V and 10V
