Telecom DC/DC modules
Overview
Our integrated circuits and reference designs help you create merchant DC/DC designs such as DC/DC bricks and point of load (PoL) converters with the latest technology and switching devices targeted to meet DOSA and POLA standards.
Design requirements
Modern merchant DC/DC designs often require:
- Higher power density and efficiency with GaN, dual-cool MOSFET and FET power blocks.
- Higher integration to help meet DOSA and POLA standards.
- Accurate voltage and current sensing.
