Overview

Our integrated circuits and reference designs help you enable high performance optical, magnetic and inductive servo drive position sensors with compact size that can operate over the extended industrial temperature range and offer high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) immunity interfaces for robust and high reliable position sense.

Design requirements

Servo drive position sensor designs often require:

  • Robust industrial interfaces with high EMC immunity and low external machine interface (EMI) per IEC61800-3.
  • High efficiency, low-noise power management solutions with small form factor.
  • High-resolution analog front end with high accuracy over wide temperature range.
  • Small footprint, low-power semiconductor solutions for compact encoder size.
