Opto-emulators
Browse by category
Our silicon dioxide isolation devices provide pin-to-pin upgrades for LED or light-based opto-isolators such as optocouplers, metal-oxide semiconductors (MOSs) and optorelays. Replacing light-based isolation with silicon dioxide isolation improves both system reliability and signal integrity. In industrial, automotive, space / avionics applications, these devices offer operating temperatures >125°C, common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) greater than ±125kV/µs, and stable current transfer ratios (CTRs) across lifetime and temperature. Our Automotive Electronics Council (AEC)-Q100 and radiation-tolerant Space Enhanced Products (-SEP) qualified opto-emulators enable functionality for secondary-side regulation in DC/DC applications and overvoltage detection in automotive and space applications, while still offering the reliability and longevity advantages of a silicon dioxide isolation device.
