  • Wide supply operation
    • 4.75-V to 36-V supply Voltage (TIOS102, TIOS1023)
    • 7-V to 36-V supply voltage (TIOS1025)
  • PNP, NPN or push-pull configurable output
  • Functional safety capable
    • Documentation available to aid in functional safety system design
  • Pin-compatible with TIOS101(x) with improved performance
    • Low residual Voltage of 0.5 V (typical) at
      200 mA
    • Active driver current limiting capability
    • Improved thermal performance of the package
    • Slower driver slew rates to reduce overshoots (max of 750 ns)
  • Integrated protection features for robust systems

    • Configurable driver overcurrent limit
      (50 mA to 350 mA)
    • Active reverse polarity protection of up to 65 V on VCC, OUT and GND
    • Fault indicator for overcurrent, overtemperature and UVLO faults
    • Safe and fast demagnetization of large inductive loads
    • Extended ambient temperature operation: -40°C to 125°C
  • Integrated EMC protection on VCC and OUT
