TPS62A02-Q1 and TPS62A02A-Q1 Buck Converter Evaluation Modules

Description

The TPS62A02-Q1 and TPS62A02A-Q1 are automotive, synchronous, step-down, buck DC-DC converters designed for high efficiency and compact design size. The TPS62A02-Q1 and TPS62A02A-Q1 deliver an output current up to 2A. The TPS62A02A-Q1 variant operates in forced PWM mode (FPWM) across the whole load current range. The TPS62A02QEVM-140 and TPS62A02AQEVM-140 are available in a 1.6mm × 1.6mm, SOT563 package.
