3 概要

LMX2694-EP デバイスは、高性能の広帯域フェーズ・ロック・ループ (PLL) で、電圧制御発振器 (VCO) と電圧レギュレータを内蔵しており、ダブラーなしで 39.3MHz~15.1GHz の任意の周波数を出力でき、1/2 高調波フィルタが不要です。搭載されている VCO は、1 オクターブの範囲をカバーしており、最低 39.3MHz までの周波数を出力できます。-236dBc/Hz の性能指数と高い位相検出器周波数を備えた高性能 PLL により、非常に低い帯域内ノイズと積分ジッタを実現できます。

LMX2694-EP を使えば、このデバイスの複数のインスタンスからの出力を同期することができます。このため、フラクショナル・エンジンまたは出力分周器を使用した場合を含め、あらゆるユースケースでデバイスから決定性位相が得られます。また、高速データ・コンバータの低ノイズ・クロック・ソースとしてこのデバイスを使用して、SYSREF (JESD204B 規格準拠) を生成または中継することもできます。
